M/V Knot Rocket Science comes with transferable year-round live aboard Slip License Agreement (SLA) for a 60 ft slip. This means you can confidently live on this vessel as your DC residence. All services and amenities are provided 24/7/365.
Slip Fee
Current Slip Fee is $31/ft/mo, paid annually. That means $22,320/yr. Slip fees can be paid annually, semi-annually (5% surcharge), quarterly (7.5% surcharge), or monthly (10% surcharge). The year runs from April thru March and is pro-rated based on date of sale.
Live Aboard Fee
There is also a Live Aboard (or Amenities) Fee, currently $325/mo. This covers water, trash/recycle disposal, weekly waste pump out, secure mailbox, and package delivery. Also provides 24/7 concierge/security, gated access, fiber internet/cable availability, restroom/shower facility, Boater’s Lounge with marina wifi, Outdoor Events Barge with BBQs, and secure bike storage room.
Electricity
Twin 50A/220V shore power is metered and billed monthly.
